Based upon Module 5 readings, summarize and assess the impact of performance measurement on public service program implementation regarding a specific public service program and/or service that you are familiar with. In other words, based on the readings, and your experience dealing with a public service program/service, answer this question: what impact has performance measurement had on the implementation of the program/service with which you are familiar?
