Through the use of case studies and practical applications, students gain knowledge about the relationship between pathophysiology and major health issues throughout the human lifespan, as well as the pharmacological approaches to managing these health problems. Additionally, students explore the cellular components of diseases, the signs and symptoms related to pathophysiology, and the mechanisms of the body’s defense systems.
