How you will study the various cultures within your community (both internal and external stakeholder groups). Begin to contrast your personal background and that of your faculty/leadership team with that of your broader community.

The questions guiding the discussion will be:

● What cultures have you identified within your immediate area of influence? Both internal and external groups.

● How could you learn about these cultures and how they perceive education? ● What kind of measure do you intend to take to gain a deeper understanding

of what they feel they need from education programs or what outcomes do they want from the organization?

● How do you connect learning theory to diverse cultures/backgrounds and educational practice?
