When interacting with a supervisor, it may be difficult to know how to act, what to expect—and how much to expect in terms of mentorship and guidance. You do not need to enter a supervisory relationship shrouded in mystery. In fact, like many other aspects of the internship experience, the best route to clear expectations is to develop a plan. In this Assignment, you develop a supervision plan in order to be proactive and prepared for supervision.
