Charisma is like an iceberg: only about 10% of what people see above the waterline is visible above water (the part of their personality that others can see). The remaining 90% lies beneath the surface, hidden from view by an overlying layer of self-confidence or insecurity—or both!

When does charisma work?

Charisma is a powerful tool. When you are in a leadership position and trying to convince someone of something, charm helps you win over the hearts and minds of others.
